Once there were Democrats who, distraught at losing a presidential election, had to convince voters they knew better than them.
Immediately, feeling superior to the commoners of the United States, they took it upon themselves to play a trick on the good people over whom they lorded. They shouted, “Collusion! See here! Collusion!”
The commoners rushed to the cries of collusion, opening their newspapers and turning on their CNNs posthaste. With their gazes intent, they asked: “Where is the collusion?” A reply came that dossiers, reports and verifiable proof were imminent. The people grew weary, as this lasted for two years, but being obedient and docile liberals, they hung onto each potential bombshell from the experts and authorities in the media.
The Democrats finally laughed loudly, “Ha, Ha, Ha! We fooled you all. We were only playing a trick on you.” And the calls of collusion wisped away.
A few days later the Democrats were at it again. “Gang rape! See here! Gang rape!” they cried.
The commoners rushed to the cries of gang rape, condemning a good man and dragging his wife and kids through swampy mud. “Where is the gang rape?” A reply came that friends and witnesses would step up soon. In the meantime, the people wondered about uncorroborated claims thirty years old, but being obedient and docile liberals, they believed all women.
The Democrats finally laughed loudly, “Ha, Ha, Ha! We fooled you all. We were only playing a trick on you.” And the charges (and concerns) of gang rape vanished as quickly as they appeared.
A few days later the Democrats were at it again. “Obstruction! See here! Obstruction!” they cried.
The commoners rushed to the cries of obstruction, pulling out maps to determine what and where Ukraine was, as the only geography they had learned in school was the Atlantic Triangular Trade Route, which enabled evil white colonizers to transport the people who built America. “Where is the obstruction?” they asked. A reply came that transcripts and backroom negotiations would finally demonstrate the mendacious and selfish leadership. The people had heard others bragging about committing the very same crime, but being obedient and docile liberals, trusted their media when it chose not to address the double standard.
The Democrats finally laughed loudly, “Ha, Ha, Ha! We fooled you all. We were only playing a trick on you.” And the impeachment scandal disappeared.
A few days later the Democrats were at it again. “Global pandemic! See here! Global pandemic!” they cried.
The commoners rushed to the cries of a global pandemic, emptying stores, buying guns, locking down, and donning useless masks. “Where is the pandemic?” they asked. A reply initially came that we needed a few weeks to flatten the curve. The people obeyed. A second, then a third, then a fourth - at some point the people lost count - reply came that unless lockdowns were extended indefinitely every grandma would perish. Being obedient and docile liberals, they never questioned why Democrat leaders were allowed to violate social distancing, lockdown, and mask mandates.
The Democrats finally laughed loudly, “Ha, Ha, Ha! We fooled you all. We were only playing a trick on you.” And 99.826% of those under the age of 69 that contracted the mysterious Wuhan virus survived, including He Who Inspires Derangement.
A few days later the Democrats were at it again. They cried, “Police brutality! See here! Black Lives Matter! Ahhh!”
The commoners rushed to the streets, proclaiming their solidarity against white supremacy. “Where is the police brutality?” they asked. A reply came that George Floyd was intentionally knelt on and murdered because he was black. Another reply came that Breonna Taylor was shot dead while peacefully asleep in her bed. Yet another reply came that Jacob Blake was breaking up a fight. The people had heard rumors about a fentanyl overdose. They heard rumors about ignoring police knocking on a door. They heard rumors about an outstanding warrant for sexual assault. They often heard rumors of active arrest resistance. But, being obedient and docile liberals, they chanted Black Lives Matter.
The Democrats finally laughed loudly, “Ha, Ha, Ha! We fooled you all. We were only playing a trick on you.” But the streets still burned.
A few days later the Democrats were at it again. They cried -
“Stop!” The people shouted in unison. And they went to the ballot box.
The morals of the story: Never believe a Democrat and vote for Donald Trump!
